We beat ourselves up for a couple of things. Sometimes it’s about an essay deadline coming up, making you think “why can’t I just have someone type my essay for me?” because your head is already sore from all the academic stress you’re facing. Other times, it’s about family stuff. There are also other times that it’s just about a couple of friendship problems. But whatever it is, it causing you to live an unhealthy lifestyle. An unhealthy lifestyle does take a toll on your well-being. Lack of sleep and an out-of-control diet can jeopardize your life span. You are probably thinking that, “at least I have a life and I am enjoying it”, sure thing. But how about enjoying your life while living a healthy life? Isn’t that possible? Would that be so hard to accomplish? Well, it probably is hard, because if it was so easy then a lot of people will not be having this kind of issue with their health. Having a healthy body means having a healthy brain. Did you know that brain deteriorates faster without a proper diet and exercise? Of course you do. How could you not know? It is being taught since your grade school days. The problem is that, life seems to be more fun when you are doing it wrong. Yes, it sounds twisted but that is the reality to most people. When your chosen career involves using mostly your brain-power like critical thinking, analytical or creative, your mind should always be at its optimum level. And to do that you have to have a proper diet and some good tweaking with your current lifestyle. Morning Regimens
Practise good lifestyle and do it as early as your morning routine. A good health brings a happy life not just for you but also for your family. So take care of yourself and be smart, we only live once so might as well live in health and not in sickness.
